Every Elisora order is prepared with care and handled with precision. Once your piece has completed production and is dispatched, you can track its journey until delivery.
How to Track Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
The email includes:

Your order number

The courier name
-
A tracking link to follow your shipment in real time
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Order Still in Production?
Many Elisora pieces are made to order.
If your order is within the 20–22 business day production and processing period, tracking information will not yet be available. This is normal and part of our considered production process.
Once your piece is completed and shipped, tracking details will be shared automatically.
Having Trouble Tracking?
If:

You haven’t received your tracking email

Your tracking link is not updating

You need confirmation of your order status
Please contact our support team with your order number and email address used at checkout.
Delivery Reminder
For high-value orders, we recommend being available at the delivery address. Some shipments may require a signature upon receipt.
For your protection, we also advise recording a video while opening your package upon delivery.
